Together we successfully developed and sold Tera Vera I and II. A 55+ gated community of luxury patio homes.
Phase One
31 Independent Living Residences at a brand new 55+ gated community. Every detail of the community has been well thought out and is centered around “aging in place” through Universal Design. Amenities include: designer finishes, Smart Technology, Wellness Technology, clubhouse, a dog park, and convenient walking and biking access to the Greenway Trail.
Phase Two
The 32 units that Tera Vera Phase II is similar in design to the original Tera Vera, with a few changes such as extra storage space, deeper garages, larger patios on the homes and enhancements to the universal design features that accommodate the various changes to health and lifestyle.
