Since diving headfirst into the industry with the purchase of his first piece of property at age 19, Matt E. Miller has surged to the forefront of real estate development in the region. The Fremont is a senior living continuum of care campus that combines Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Memory Care Facility. As an independent living community with a home agency located on-site, older adults can select their level of care. Phase 1 included 70 unites.
